This is an awesome tool to help you track your exercise. It tells you how many calories you burn doing a bunch of activities ranging from casual every day activities to actual sports.
Sunday Feb 13 @ 09:48amthelastfivepounds-deactivated20 asked: is the challenge gone?
To be honest, I’m not sure. I know thinlovely’s account got hacked/suspended/reported/we (you can now find her at: http://elitebones.tumblr.com/).
I think everyone thinks its over, which is a real shame. But she says she would like to continue, it’s just hard with having lost everything from her page.
Monday Feb 7 @ 07:09amSo there’s this really great website that I used back in the summer when I started getting serious with my weight loss. I kind of stopped using it once I got back to school, but now I’m back on. Its called livestrong.com and its a really great website. It has an awesome calorie counter (you just put in what you ate and it will tell you how many calories it had!) and you can also keep track of your fitness activities to see how many calories you burned and stuff. Plus you can keep track of how many glasses of water you drank and everything. There’s a bunch of other stuff on there too to help you live a healthy lifestyle, but I mostly use it for the calorie counter…that’s under MyPlate. Its free to join, so I highly recommend you make an account and do this the healthy way!
Hope everyone’s staying hydrated :) Go Team Thin!

Sunday Jan 30 @ 03:52pmThis is a really awesome list full of really tasty things that I love. Along with why its good for you, it gives you ideas of how to incorporate the food into your meals, or even a full blown recipe. Definitely recommend you stock your fridge with some of these items :)
Happy eating!

Sunday Jan 23 @ 10:46pmthis is actually a great work out, lift up like this, then go down so your butt and back is flat, then back up, up and down up and down, it works out your lower stomach and your butt! as opposed to crunches, you can also put weights on your stomach, i used to do this when i was in shape to give myself a firmer stomach, 5 reps, of 25, go for it girls!
Been drinking the water, been keeping track of your exercise? Excellent! On the next weigh in, you will message us all the same stuff you did last week but add the days you successfully did the water challenge, and how many minutes you worked out for the two week period.
Sunday Jan 23 @ 10:45pmIf I asked you for your stats and you had already sent them in, I was just double checking the list we have. Sorry for any confusion :P
